Job Description
1. Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
2. Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-up care as needed.
3. Handle patient inquiries, providing information about services, scheduling, and clinic policies.
4. Maintain and update patient records in compliance with privacy regulations.
5. Process billing and payments and assist patients with insurance claims.
6. Provide interpretation services for multilingual patients to ensure clear communication.
7. Act as a communication bridge between the doctor and patients, particularly elderly patients, ensuring clarity and understanding of medical information and treatment plans.
8. Support clinic staff with administrative tasks and coordination for daily operations.
9. Ensure a welcoming environment for patients by upholding clinic standards and cleanliness.
10. Travel between Brampton and Markham office locations as required to manage duties across multiple settings.
