No matter your role, you will be part of a team that is building the future of agriculture – leading breakthroughs in the innovation and application of science and technology that will better the lives of people all over the world and fuel the progress of humankind. Come join our team in the role of Retail Territory Manager, covering the NW Alberta (Peace River Region) area.  Retail Territory Managers are responsible for sales, profitability, market share and business support of Corteva Agriscience products to our retailer customers, and for driving short and long-term growth within a defined sales territory. What You’ll Do:Retail Territory Managers are responsible for sales, market share and business support of Corteva Agriscience products to our retailer customersRetail Territory Managers are responsible for driving growth and profitability within the customer’s overall business. As part of the Corteva Agriscience Sales Team, promote Corteva’ s new technologies and future crop protection and seed pipeline through selected retail business partnersEstablish sound business relationships by consistently delivering professional, quality service Responsible for achieving sales targets and effectively managing budgets and resources Responsible for working with selected retails to develop business plans that support the overall growth of the retails businessIdentify and understand problems and opportunities and use effective approaches for developing solutions to increase customer’s willingness to recommend Corteva products Develop and implement business plans with the retail accounts that drive growth and profitabilityWork with customers to identify market opportunities and implement tactics to create demand at retail outletsAssist in the development, communication and implementation of retail programs Participate in product demand planning and forecasting processes Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of products, logistics, ordering patterns and volumes to fulfill customer requirements Be alert to regulatory and environmental issues, and provide proper attention to product stewardship This is a remote position and can be based anywhere in this territory. If hired, you may be required to travel as necessary to support business activities. Education: Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent, in Agronomy, Business, or Marketing required.
