The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Power BI and a strong ability to translate business requirements into insightful and actionable dashboards and reports.  Key Responsibilities:  Basic experience with SSAS tabular models preferred  Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.  Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, translating them into effective Power BI solutions.  Optimize Power BI reports for performance and usability.  Implement best practices in data visualization and report development.  Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing data validation and quality checks.  Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power BI reports and data sources.  Work closely with data engineers and data architects to ensure seamless data integration and availability.  Develop and maintain documentation related to Power BI solutions and processes.  Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.  Proven experience as a Power BI Developer, with a minimum of 6 years in BI development.  In-depth knowledge of Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.  Strong understanding of SQL and experience with data warehousing concepts.  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.  Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.  Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) is preferred.  Personal Attributes:  Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  Excellent time management and organizational skills.  Proactive and willing to take initiative in solving complex problems.    Apply to this job
