They evaluate issues related to financial services, credit, investment scams, corporate governance, insolvency, insider trading, continuous disclosure, and market manipulation to determine appropriate enforcement actions, ensuring consumer confidence and market integrity. As a Specialist Team Leader, you will: Lead and manage the specialist portfolio, providing key reports and insights Identify trends and issues, offering strategic direction and solutions Develop and maintain knowledge management documents and portfolio-specific training Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Drive process improvements and oversee complex misconduct and breach assessments Coordinate and draft significant reports and correspondence for ASIC notifications In some portfolios, lead and manage a team In this role, you will need to demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, and advanced problem-solving skills to manage a diverse portfolio. Effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to drive process improvements are essential in your role, along with fostering a collaborative and positive team environment while upholding the organizational values of accountability, professionalism, and teamwork.
