Contribute to delivering on ASIC's purpose, vision, and strategic priorities to help maintain the integrity of the financial system and protect consumers from harm.   Bring your technical and strategic leadership experience in this unique opportunity as a Senior Manager to lead a team delivering evidence analysis and digital forensics.   Sydney and Melbourne location preferred – all locations considered $147,074 - $195,951 (depending on experience) + 15.4% Superannuation Applications close at 11:59pm AEDT, 10 April 2025   The team  The Evidence Analysis team provides evidence analysis and digital forensic services using various databases and litigation support tools to assist ASIC's regulatory teams to review and present evidence in courts and other bodies.   As a Senior Manager, you will provide technical leadership to a multi-function team on evidence analysis and digital forensics practices and techniques, to achieve ASIC's strategic objectives and business plan priorities.  You will contribute to the Enforcement Services senior management team, focusing on strategic priorities, business planning, reporting, and participating in senior leadership forums. You will be responsible for: Developing and leading ASIC's evidence analysis and digital forensics strategy, optimising systems and staff, and leveraging emerging technologies and industry best practices. Developing and implementing evidence analysis and digital forensics policy and procedures framework and monitoring compliance to help ensure consistent practices across ASIC. Promoting a high-performance, positive team culture and ensuring efficient and effective team outcomes. Overseeing the identification and management of team risks, including evidence and systems audits. Maintaining professional standards in terms of technology and methodologies used in evidence analysis. Developing service level agreements and key performance indicators to meet organisational requirements.   With your demonstrated senior leadership experience in stakeholder engagement and evidence management within a professional services firm, law firm or enforcement agency, you will have the technical expertise and specialist skills to assist ASIC in achieving it's strategic objectives and impactful outcomes. Your experience includes excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information to different audiences and build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships. You will also demonstrate: A relevant tertiary qualification. Qualifications in law, information technology or business are desirable.
