Sales Strategy: Design and implement innovative strategies to drive revenue growth. Pipeline Management: Oversee the entire sales cycle, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities and conversions. Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional results. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture lasting partnerships with key clients. Sales Performance Metrics: Track and analyse KPIs to optimize team performance. Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. HR Compliance: Ensure team practices align with HR standards and company policies. What do they expect from me? Proven success in a senior sales leadership role within the conference, events, or hospitality industry. A track record of exceeding revenue targets in sponsorships, ticket sales, or event services.
