**DESCRIPTION** **Project Administrator– Power Generation (Sydney)** In this role, you will support customer facing sales force through the rhythm of sales, lead to close. You will execute and support selected activities under limited supervision. **You will make an impact in the following ways:** + (SAP) Project Set up- Set up the Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and costs sheet items into the tool. + (SAP) Project Costs approval for out of scope or over costs sheet orders + Profile Revenue Plans for Projects + Collate the Revenue Memo submission for the compliance team for projects over $5M USD.+ Collate actual costs for Revenue statements. + Collate Proof of Delivery (POD) Evidence to the revenue Statement + Submit Revenue statements to Finance. + Monitor and track all projects for progress against financial plans. + Follow up / track Training and compliance. + Event/ Meetings planning and support of minutes etc. + PM general administration support - Planning events / Travel / Processing works. + Preparing Reports for leadership on project progress + Collates and creates the Lessons learnt from the information from the PM and Finance data collected over the duration of the project. **RESPONSIBILITIES** **Skills and competencies:** + SAP experience preferred + Knowledge of Salesforce.com and Movex advantageous + Action oriented - Taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm. + Collaborates - Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives. + Communicates effectively - Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences. + Values differences -Recognizing the value that different perspectives and cultures bring to an organization. **Education, Licenses, Certifications** High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.**QUALIFICATIONS** **Experience** Requires some work experience and intermediate level knowledge obtained through training or on-the-job experience.
