Our approaches speed engagement and growth for the companies we work with and transform relationships between businesses and the people they serve.  Srijan, a Material company, is a renowned global digital engineering firm with a reputation for solving complex technology problems using their deep technologyexpertiseandleveragingstrategic partnerships with top-tier technology partners. Be a part of an Awesome Tribe        Role: Senior Associate Market Research  Department:Strategy& Insights  Mode of Work: Hybrid from Gurgaon office    Responsibilities    Have an in-depth knowledge of market research project life cycle, and be able to identify process improvements, especially in Quantitative Research.  Own the quality of deliverables being produced by the Research team (Link checking, OE Coding and Cleaning, Data Scanning, Data Cleaning, Tab Checking, Tab Spec’ing, Charting, PAPOing etc.)  Develop questionnaires, discussion guides, reports etc.  While ensuring high standards of delivery (both quality and speed), continuously explore ways to add more value, and keep pace with the latest in market research techniques and models.  Analyse qualitative and quantitative data and then turn into insightful reports.  Work with internal and external stakeholders, to understand research needs and expectations. Work with Global audience specially with US stakeholders.   Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging innovation and the adoption of best practices.  Foster clear and effective communication within the team to facilitate collaboration and information sharing.  Support the professional growth of team members through training, mentorship, and opportunities for skill development.   Engaged in addressing day-to-day operational challenges.  Accountable/Responsible for managing and addressing escalations.    Must haveskills& Experience  Very strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach and eagerness to make a difference.  At least 5+ years of experience in Market Research field.   Flexibility to take in calls during IST evenings to ensure some overlap with US stakeholders.  Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
