Our approaches speed engagement and growth for the companies we work with and transform relationships between businesses and the people they serve.  Srijan, a Material company, is a renowned global digital engineering firm with a reputation for solving complex technology problems using their deep technology expertise and leveraging strategic partnerships with top-tier technology partners. Be a part of an Awesome Tribe   Expectations / Responsibilities Own the Scrum Team plan to deliver to the committed goals and deliverables Create and drive the Team plan to deliver to the expected milestones, outcomes& impact Own team estimation using Story Points/ other estimation methods Manage team capacity& allocations to deliver the committed work Work with Product Owner/Managers to manage scope and changes and impact on team capacity/ estimates/ goals Work with Technical Leads to drive Continuous Integration, Release Planning, Deployment Strategy and reduction of Tech Debt for the Project Work with QE team to establish a Testing Strategy Drive Coding and Testing best practices on the team (peer reviews, Unit Testing, automation etc.) Ensure adoption of consistent toolset (Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro etc.) Provide visibility and predictability on the plan to key stakeholders through active tracking of the plan, and measuring key metrics (flow, quality, value) Proactively manage Risk/issues/ Dependencies for the Scrum Team Address Customer issues/ Escalations/ feedback in cooperation with the Delivery Manager and Account Manager Manage deviations from plans and work closely with PO in apprising client in case of any scope/plan changes and work towards corrective measures Drive root cause analysis for critical issues and identify long-term fixes Facilitate and drive the team ceremonies Implementation of Agile ways of working including SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Support services Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand up, Sprint Review, Retrospectives Ensure Backlog grooming is done at defined frequency to ensure a healthy and deep backlog that is available for team for N+2 Sprints Remove any team impediments Establish team working agreements Track the Scrum Team Financials Track your team/project margins   An entrepreneurial, customer-focussed approach with a range of strategic ideas, built from previous experience of operating businesses in the application modernisation sector ·      Strong leadership skills, including the ability to bring together different parts of the business and different stakeholder to support revenue aims ·      You will have an established track-record within the application modernisation space, having previously worked in leadership roles within the sector ·      You'll have previous experience of owning and delivering to revenue targets, including the targeting of net new customers acquisition. ·      Directing our sales and partner team on key flagship opportunities and ensure the bookings plan are met annually. ·      You will have an established track-record within the application modernisation space, having previously worked in leadership roles within the sector ·      You will do deep research and technographics of prospective customers and seek to produce insights that will enable highly targeted pitches ·      You will work closely with GTM owner to create value prop, engagement& awareness about our Cloud Modernization portfolio offerings to the target customer base ·      You will be a hands-on collaborator in the sales process, a keen listener with influencer in the conversation, ability to engage senior executives& decision makers, build relationships and move deals forward You will own the manage various SCRUM teams - Create and drive the Team plan to deliver to the expected milestones, outcomes& impact Own Stakeholder Management, Governance and Communication -  Contribute to the Project communication plan by including the required cadence for internal/external stakeholders Contribute to improving the Scrum Team maturity - Work with relevant owners to improve the delivery maturity of the Scrum Team by incorporating audit/review findings and enabling adoption of best practices  Build an understanding of Material offerings to work more effectively along with a cross-practice team for delivering work successfully Own Team setup and management - Drive team onboarding, ramp up/knowledge transfer. Evaluate the performance of team members and determine training needs. Resolve team conflicts using conflict resolution techniques and encourage team bonding to build trust and collaboration. Mentor team members, encourage learning, innovation, career growth. Lead by example/ be the role model on the Organization Values, culture and encourage your teams to contribute to building M+ as a Great Place to Work     About you 8-13 years of experience in the industry. Industry leading Scrum Master certifications like SAFe/ CSM Exposure to large scale/enterprise product development Must have experience leading a team in an Agile environment. Experience working in a multi-geo or offshore environment Proven success in delivering projects within budget and specified timeframes, while ensuring customer satisfaction Experience with ALM toolset (JIRA/ ADO) Cultivated or will be interested to cultivate a genuine interest in technology& customer problems (and solutions thereof) ·      Technology awareness& vocabulary around cloud technologies, enterprise middleware& modern software architectures ·      Excellent writing, presentation& illustration skills Good leadership and stakeholder management skills Project Commercial management awareness Team management skills and ability to motivate people Ability to identify alternatives and make contingency plans Capacity to embrace change and quickly adapt to new situations, changes in direction, and altering priorities Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments Ability to demonstrate critical thinking, providing options and recommendations relating to resolving issues, mitigating risks, and resolving escalated items.
