Lead the design of an optimal ASIC Registry operating model and call centre Ensure that service design and delivery are tailored to meet the needs of the community serviced Join a dynamic high performing team helping Australians with an essential service Executive Level 2 position – Remuneration commensurate with experience All locations considered   The purpose  The ASIC Registry manages more than 30 legal registers, that are the official source of information about business names, companies and other professionals, registered or licensed to operate in the Australian Economy. The Registry Transformation lead will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every aspect of the Registry operating model is optimally designed to align with the strategic intent and meet the needs of the community.   The team  You will lead the review of the Registry operating model including the call centre to ensure its services, structure and processes are optimal.  You will also oversee the company and business name registration program and manage an extensive set of stakeholders.  You will be accountable for the following:   Registration policy, regulatory compliance and service design for companies and business names Stakeholder Engagement and Management Data governance across ASIC's Registry data environment Registry Business Change Management   About you  To excel in this role its anticipated you would have extensive experience reviewing the effectiveness of large public services, call centres and structural and process improvement projects, with a passion for improving service delivery and driving change. Ideally you will have gained broad experience in private practice consulting or within a government public services context with exposure to a regulator.  You will have exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills and thrive in a dynamic and complex environment.   View the position description for more information or click ‘apply' to start your application.
