As Director of Organisational Development, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of strategic people functions, enabling CSIRO to remain a global destination employer. Your high-level duties include: Leading and mentoring high-performing teams to deliver impactful organisational development strategies aligned with CSIRO’s objectives. Shaping CSIRO’s culture strategy, employee engagement, and talent management initiatives, including succession planning. Driving diversity, inclusion, and belonging programs to build a future-ready workforce. Leveraging people analytics to inform strategic decision-making and workforce transformation. Building and maintaining strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders to advance CSIRO’s people agenda.
