This is an exciting hybrid Talent Acquisition Specialist role that will focus on both end-to-end recruitment for a portfolio of roles, as well as creative sourcing solutions across our entire team based in our Brisbane office.
Our TA team is high performing, within a dynamic, ever changing business where the opportunities are endless.
This is a temporary role for a 6 month parental leave backfill, with the potential for extension depending on business circumstances.
Coordination of the end to end recruitment process, including (where applicable) briefing, advertising, screening, participation in interviews, offer generation, and onboarding
Partner with Hiring Managers and Business Leaders to understand recruitment needs, and support best practice attraction, assessment, and selection activities and processes
Candidate Sourcing, including proactive sourcing of candidates, utilising existing talent pools and creative advertising strategies, events attendance and campaign management
Experience/Qualifications
Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience in internal recruitment
Outstanding relationship and stakeholder management skills, capable of dealing with all levels, across a matrix style organisation
Promoting and building a high-performance culture through the attraction, assessment and selection of the highest calibre candidates available in the market
Knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques and approaches, and experience building sourcing strategies for hard to fill roles
A demonstrated passion to deliver the highest level of customer service to hiring leads and candidates alike
