Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver stimulating lessons that motivate and challenge Year 4 pupils.
Provide a balanced curriculum focusing on both academic excellence and personal development.
Prepare students for their end-of-key-stage assessments, ensuring high standards of progress and achievement.
Cultivate a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere where every child can thrive.
Monitor and assess student progress, offering constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to enhance the learning experience.
Participate actively in whole-school events, extra-curricular activities, and staff meetings.
Key Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
Experience teaching Year 4 or Key Stage 2 is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum, particularly in literacy and numeracy.
Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of all learners.
A genuine passion for developing children's confidence, resilience, and love for learning.
Excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to high standards of behaviour.
Applicants must have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to working with parents and the wider school community.
