Job reference: AD17 Vacancy: Project Coordinator Salary:£28,000 – £30,000 Industry: Construction Location: Worcester, Worcestershire Hours: Monday – Friday, 35 hours per week Rhodium Consulting are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join a dynamic team and take a key role in driving the success of exciting construction projects across the UK. In this role, you'll be the vital link connecting our Sales, Projects, and Production teams—ensuring smooth communication and seamless collaboration. You'll also be playing an essential part in enhancing the efficiency and impact of their business operations. Duties and Responsibilities Project Planning and Scheduling • Partner with project managers to create detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules for PFR Flood, ICI Construction, and Insurance installation projects. • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project goals are aligned and expectations are clear. • Track progress across multiple projects, monitoring key production and delivery milestones to guarantee timely completion. Resource Management • Assist projectmanagers with effective allocation of resources and assignment of personnel. • Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment in line with project requirements. • Maintain precise records of subcontractor utilization and expenses to support accurate project budgeting. Communication and Coordination • Act as the central point of contact for seamless communication between project teams, clients, and subcontractors. • Organize regular meetings to review project status, address challenges, and share critical updates. • Maintain clearand consistent communication through project and programme trackers throughout the project lifecycle. Risk Management • Identify and report potential risks or issues that may affect project delivery; collaborate with the line manager to implement mitigation strategies. • Monitor project activities proactively to detect and address deviations from the original plan. • Escalate significant concerns to contract managers and senior management when necessary. Quality Assurance • Work closely with installation managers to uphold standards for PFR Flood, ICI Construction, and Insurance installations. • Conduct routine audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with client specifications. • Document and report any quality concerns using the NCR process for timely resolution. Documentation and Reporting • Maintain thorough project documentation, including startup information,project plans, Construction Phase Plans, RAMS, trackers, programs, and meeting minutes. • Prepare regular snagging status reports and track performance metrics, including 5-day return KPIs. • Ensure all documentation is accurate, updated on Office Net, and readily accessible for senior management. Customer Relationship Management • Foster and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. • Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally. • Collaborate with sales and account teams to identify opportunities for additional servicesand business growth. Continuous Improvement • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance project coordination efficiency. • Gather feedback from teams and stakeholders to capture lessons learned and best practices. • Implement strategies to improve project delivery outcomes and boost customer satisfaction. General Responsibilities • Contribute to the overall mission and objectives. • Participate in ongoing training and professional development as required. • Attend meetings and actively engage in discussions to support continuous growth. • Adhere to company policiesregarding equal opportunities, health and safety, security, confidentiality, and data protection, reporting concerns when necessary. • Comply with all internal and external HSE regulations, maintaining vigilance in reporting incidents through the QMS systems and procedures.
