Sales Administrator Permanent, Full-Time£23,200 per annum Near Wolverhampton   We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual for the role of Sales Administrator, who can effectively operate both independently and as part of a team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all sales-related inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer service and prompt resolution of requests. Your duties will include accurately processing incoming orders, responding to customer email inquiries, providing quotations, and handling phone calls. Key Responsibilities: Process sales orders and ensure accurate data entry into the system. Liaise with customers and the sales team to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Providing quotations to customers. Answer customer emails in a timely manner. Coordinate with other departments to resolve any order-related issues. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients as needed.  Key Requirements: Previous experience in a sales administration or similar role is highly desirable. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer care skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
