Multi-Trade Carpenter Permanent£14.00-16.50 p/hour = £29,120 - £34,320 + Overtime/Call Out/ Van&Fuel card Wolverhampton Zeal Recruitment are looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Carpenter to join a well-known maintenance contractor on a Permanent basis. This role will be working throughout the West Midlands, predominately Wolverhampton working on a variety of sectors including Commercial, Healthcare&Leisure. As a Multi-Trade Carpenter your duties will include:• Reactive&planned repairs and maintenance• Internal Refurbishment projects • Carrying out repairs to the Fabric of a building and external works, including but not limited to: Carpentry, hanging doors, skirting boards, architraves, patch plastering, Painting, Basic Plumbing, Brickwork, Slabbing, Roofing • Independent working, as well as team working when needed across various sites • Travelling between multiple sites per day As a Multi-Trade Carpenter you will need: • Experience within Reactive and planned maintenance within commercial settings • Valid CSCS Card • Asbestos Awareness – desirable • Full CleanUK Driving Licence • Enhanced DBS to be taken prior to commencing the role • NVQ level 2 minimum in Carpentry • IT literate • High standard of work • Good communicator The successful Multi-Trade Carpenter will be working for a successful business who have a strong foothold within the maintenance sector. You will also receive a company van and fuel card, work wear, PPE, Phone, Tablet, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, Pension contribution. There are great opportunities for overtime, which is paid at a higher rate. You will also be on call out 1 in every 6 weeks where you will receive £100 standby fee payment from door to door. You will be enrolled into the company Private Health care plan after successful completion of 6 month probation.
