We are looking to recruit 3 x fitness professionals to deliver chair based exercise at care homes and supported living venues in and around Wolverhampton. The job has flexible hours to suit the applicant, typical hours are between 10am to 12 pm and 2 pm to 4 pm Monday to Friday. Driving is essential for this role. Pay rate:£24.08 Location: Various locations in Wolverhampton Job duties: A team member who our client care homes can trust and build a good working relationship with. Someone who is keen to help others and promote health and well-being, enthusiasm is essential. Someone who is confident and able to lead group sessions for vulnerable people and manage potentially challenging behaviours. Empathy an understanding and compassion for those living in care. To ensure the class commences on time and ensure that late arrivals are dealt with effectively and diplomatically. To discharge all health andsafety requirements and immediately report all issues of health and safety that may arise to the Duty Officer. Review and adhere to the Normal Operating Procedures and Emergency Action Plan in the care homes To provide an emergency capability and administer first aid as and when required. To ensure that accidents are reported and the appropriate documentation is completed To recommend improvements to the services offered at the centre in response to customer feedback Present a professional appearance and attitude at all times, and maintain an excellent standard of customer service. Qualifications: A minimum level 2 or equivalent in fitness instruction
