You will be covering a mix of sites within the Midlands, undertaking the full range of Asbestos Surveys as well as Site Analytical duties. Experience / Qualifications: - You must have experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst, within a well-established outfit - Will be qualified with the BOHS P402, P403&P404 qualifications (or RSPH equivalent) - Strong understanding of industry technical guidelines - Flexible attitude - Able to travel as per company requirements The Role: - Undertaking Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Asbestos surveys - Working across a mix of Commercial, Domestic and Local Authority Client sites - Undertaking 4 Stage Clearances as well as Personal, Leak, Reassurance and Background air testing - Writing detailed and bespoke reports for Clients - Ensuring both Clients and site operatives remain compliant with industry guidelines - Working to UKAS and HSG guidelines - Maintaining strong working relationships with both site staff and Clients Alternative job titles: Asbestos Surveyor, Asbestos Consultant, Asbestos Analyst, Asbestos Site Analyst, Environmental Surveyor, Environmental Consultant.
