Our client based in Colden Common (Winchester) who are a leading, independent manufacturer within the CNC Machining Market, are looking for a Workshop Operative to join their growing team on a temp to perm basis. Our client creates bespoke sculptures, models or prototype objects on both a smaller and larger scale. The ideal candidate will be willing to work as part of a small team, have willingness to learn and progress within the business. There is also an opportunity for this role to progress quickly into a Team Leader/Supervisory role. Offer: - Monday to Friday - 8:15am to 5pm (1hr lunch break deducted) Overtime available at x1.5 and x2 -£11.65ph Starting Rate (£23k annual salary) - Uplift of between £25k-£30k once perm. - Laminating Fibreglass Mats - Painting/Sanding/Welding/Prepping - Fast progression into a Team Leader/Supervisor Role - 3 Month Temp to Perm Requirements: - Worked within a mechanical environment (preferred) -Previous use of hand tools - Previous Experience working with Fibreglass would be a bonus but training will be given - Good Dexterity - Basic Computer Skills - Attention to Detail - Willingness to learn and train - Driving Licence Preferred due to
