We're looking for a Commercial Maintenance Engineer to join our Ministry of Justice Contract team based in Westminster, London.  Location: Westminster, London. On site. Contract: Full Time, Permanent. Monday to Friday.   Responsibilities As a Commercial Maintenance Engineer, you'll be working within the MoJ team, supporting them in Planned and reactive maintenance across the sites. Your day to day will include: Deliver all reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance is completed to ensure all SLA's and our compliance is achieved with weekly Manager Check ins on progress Work closely with the supervisor&Administration team to ensure that workloads are planned and delivered. Ensure timely completion and delivery of planned, reactive and project work within the SLA and budget.  Carry out and submit quoted works within agreed SLAs.    What are we looking for? This role of Commercial Maintenance Engineer is great for you if: You have a background in Commercial Maintenance - either Mechanical or Electrical bias You have experience with PPM's and reactive maintenance tasks You are familiar with working to SLA's and within deadlines.
