Static Maintenance Electrician London - SE1£38,000-£42,000 + 1.5x/2x overtime rates Monday - Friday, 08:00-17:00! We have a great opportunity to work on a high-end law firm contract in the London Bridge area. This is a single-man site role that requires a self-motivated individual who would like to carve out a career in FM long term. The successful candidate will have a strong commercial background, be client facing and ideally qualified to NVQ/City&Guilds level 3 in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent. They will be expected to report into a contract manager directly and integrate with the client, and have a flexible attitude towards work. Duties and Responsibilities: * Provide a reactive and proactive maintenance service * Provide a multi-skilled maintenance engineer service, which covers electrical and mechanical disciplines * Provide a service that ensures all mechanical and electrical equipment is running to optimum performance * Provide a service that ensures all key performance indicators are met * Carry out modifications and installations when required * Liaise with sub-contractors and external suppliers * Take ownership of tools and equipment provided and ensure they are maintained to an appropriate standard * Liaise with client/management Qualifications and Experience: * Minimum NVQ/City and Guilds level 2/3 qualification in relevant engineering maintenance (desirable) * 18th edition (Required) * 3 years experience as a minimum desirable * Previous maintenance experience in a commercial environment * Be flexible towards work&carry out duties that may not be specific to your trade Benefits: * 25 Days annual leave + Bank Holidays *£38,000-£42,000+ per annum base salary * Pension Scheme * Death in work policy/Sick pay * Perkbox rewards If you are interested in this role as a electrical maintenance engineer please apply or alternatively, please call the office and ask for
