As the Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring timely and successful project completion while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction and commercial success. Key Responsibilities: * Project Planning&Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery. * Organizational Leadership: Lead and coordinate teams, fostering clear communication and collaboration. * Client Management: Serve as the main contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction. * Commercial Acumen: Oversee project budgets and financial performance, mitigating risks effectively. * Technical Awareness: Apply engineering principles, providing technical guidance and ensuring requirements are met. * Communication: Maintain clear communication channels with team members and stakeholders, presenting project updates to senior management and clients. Qualifications&Skills: * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar * Proven experience as a Project Manager in an engineering environment with a good understanding of the Oil&Gas and Petrochemical sectors * Experience in Combustion Engineering or Heat Transfer solutions * Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. * Solid commercial knowledge and experience managing project budgets. * Proficiency in project management software tools.
