In this Field Service Engineer position, an engineer can expect: Full-service support on a range of Gas Generators and Gas Chromatography instruments. Diagnosing and resolving issues related to product performance. Performing service, maintenance, calibration and troubleshooting. Calibrating customer equipment in accordance with specified standards. Proactively engage with customers to build relationships and improve service Providing remote technical support to customers. Complete accurate supporting documentation. OEM training and skills development. A suitable candidate for this service engineer position would need: Minimum of HNC or degreelevel of education in an engineering or science based discipline Significant experience working with Gas Generators and/or Gas chromatography. Full UK right to work and UK driving License. Knowledge of labs-based software and applications Motivated and eager to learn.
