As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a skilled and experienced TIG/MIG Welder to join their dynamic team on a permanent basis. Key Responsibilities: Perform MIG, TIG, and submerged arc welding techniques to contribute to the production of high-precision machinery. Engage in fabrication and hard-surfacing processes to support the modification of components for specific engineering applications. Interpret and work from technical drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and quality in welding procedures. On occasion, undertake on-site work and visits to customer premises, ensuring the highest standards of welding and fabrication are met. Complete necessary Test Certificates and QA documentation to maintain compliance with industry standards. Essential Skills& Experience: GCSEs or NVQ Level 3 qualification in a relevant field. Time-served apprenticeship in Welding and Fabrication. Proficient in MIG, TIG, and submerged arc welding techniques. Experience with robotic welding systems is highly advantageous. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work to the highest quality standards. Capable of reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
