About the Role As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that stock is prepared, packed, and processed efficiently. You’ll handle goods with care, ensuring they are ready to meet customers' needs. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys working as part of a team in a physical, active environment. Key Responsibilities: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare stock for dispatch. Check returned stock, ensuring quality standards are maintained. Assist with inventory management, keeping records accurate and up to date. Maintain a clean, organised workspace to ensure safety and efficiency. Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily operational targets. Requirements: Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks. Counterbalance Forklift licence ideal but not necessary. Keen eye for detail, ensuring stock meets quality standards. Dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic. A team player with good communication skills. Previous warehouse or logistics experience.
