On this tailored 2-year Graduate Scheme, starting September 2025, you'll dive into hands-on operational roles with real responsibility, preparing you for a rewarding career in manufacturing and supply chain management. Through immersive rotations across key areas within the Manufacturing Services Division, you'll gain invaluable experience and develop a deep understanding of the business, including: Production management Materials management Scheduling/logistics Project management Supply Chain What career opportunities are available? This role is based out of our Miskin manufacturing facility in South Wales. Since our Renishaw sites are located in semi-rural areas, applicants should ensure they have reliable means of transport to reach the site, as public transportation options may be limited. Alternatively, applicants should be willing to relocate to the local area. What do I need? We’re looking for students expecting a 2:1 or above (or equivalent) ideally in any degree discipline. Training and development is excellent so candidates with no experience but a keen interest in engineering will be strongly considered.
