This role will see you join right at the start of a major project with a company that turns over billions every year.    ROLE - Purchase Ledger Clerk    This position is suited to someone who who’s eager to work with a forward-thinking organisation and play a significant role inshaping the finance function.    What You’ll Be Doing As a Purchase Ledger Assistant, you’ll dive into a range of important duties, including: Matching supplier invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes. Inputting and verifying invoices in SAP (a highly valued skill!). Processingemployee expenses and handling supplier queries via phone and email. Requesting credit notes, reconciling supplier statements, and managing new supplier setups. Providing invaluable support to the Accounting Manager and the wider finance team as needed.    YOU    The ideal candidate is confident, driven, part AAT qualified or fully qualified, and skilled in building relationships with both internal and external partners. You’ll need to be self-motivated, have a keen eye for detail, and have a solid understanding of invoicing VAT rules.
