Our client is a not-for-profit financial institution, whose goal is to give back to the local community by providing ethical finance to those in need. Established for over 25 years, they serve people who live and work throughout Wales. They’re looking for a new Operations Manager with experience in an Operations Manager role to manage the customer services, credit control, and underwriting teams along with the organisation’s day-to-day operations whilst being an active member of the senior leadership team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a big impact over an ethical, not-for-profit organisation, whilst retaining a good level of autonomy. The ideal candidate would be somebody who not only comes from an Operations Management background, but who also has experience within financial services (although this is not essential).
