The successful Manufacturing Manager will ensure efficient production processes, high quality products, a safe work environmentand the implementation of production plans. The Role The successful Manufacturing Manager will: * Ensure safe working practices and respond quickly to any food safety or quality concerns. * Manage daily line operations to hit production targets efficiently. * Track KPIs and act fast to correct performance gaps. * Uphold quality, safety, and production standards across all shifts. * Identify process improvements to boost output and cut waste. * Champion continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, or similar tools. * Drive automation and upgrade initiatives on production lines. * Lead and inspire the production team to deliver strong results. * Support training, coaching, and development across all team levels. * Hold regular team huddles to align on goals and tackle challenges. * Collaborate with supply chain to build achievable, resource-smart production plans. * Coordinate with maintenance to plan equipment servicing and reduce downtime. * Report on production performance, costs, and quality trends. * Spot operational risks early and put preventative measures in place. * Take ownership of site success and encourage a proactive mindset. * Promote open, constructive conversations to drive continuous growth. * Support and lead quality reviews, helping to solve and prevent future issues.
