Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education, creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment, and supporting the holistic development of our Foundation Phase students.Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons for Foundation Phase students. Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment. Support the social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development of each child. Use a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and abilities. Assess and monitor students' progress, providing feedback and support where necessary. Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, and colleagues to ensure each child's needs are met. Maintain accurate records and reports on students' development and achievements. Participate actively in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience working with Foundation Phase students, preferably in a school setting. Strong understanding of the Early Years FoundationStage (EYFS) framework. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for early childhood education. Ability to work effectively as part of a supportive team.
