We also offer a range of residential and nursing care settings for older people with varying levels of need. Job Advert Role Description Carlton House offers residential support for 10 males, including males on the autism spectrum and males with a learning disability.  As our Activities Coordinator , you will look to create, plan, lead and organise an interesting and varied program of daily activities, entertainment and events, enriching the lives of the residents. This role is for 20 hours a week.  Duties may include: Liaise with external companies to organise entertainment Listening to the residents to aid producing a popular program of events/activities/entertainment Work alongside care staff, coordinating hairdressing/chiropody visits etc. Organise raffles& fund raising events for the residents/home. We are looking for a motivational and creative person who is able to be flexible working during weekdays. The ideal person will be organised and have some experience working with in the care sector, therefore being able to understand the needs of residents aiding activity choices. Experience as activates co-ordinator is preferred but a positive, enthusiastic attitude is a must.
