We are working with a major North American private equity fund and one of the leading names in infrastructure investing. They focus on mid– big cap investments in the broad infrastructure space including transport, TMT infrastructure, energy and oil and gas. They are now looking to add a VP to their infrastructure debt team.  The role will support the MDs in orginating and executing big ticket infrastructure investments for the fund. The role will work on the following: - Leading origination of investments for the firm - Leading appraisals of investments -  Supervising financial/ LBO modelling - Structuring of transactions alongside Directors -Managing advisors as principal - Negotiation of terms - Structuring and preparing of documents - Full involvement through to completion They are interested in meeting people who will have a background as follows: VP level Infrastructure debt professionals from other funds VP level Investment bankers with infrastructure advisory experience Excellent understanding of debt structuring and financing highly relevant Infrastructure deal experience is essential for the role
