Reporting into the Capability Development Manager, the Resource Coordinator will work with a variety of subject matter experts to identify, plan and roll out training aligned to Operational requirements within our Rail division. This is a hybrid role, with a requirement to be in the Warwick HQ 3 days per week. What you'll do: Assisting the Capability Development Manager in developing programmes to meet current and future skills gaps and needs across the organisation Providing full administrative support for core training offers, ensuring that courses are arranged, promoted, joining instructions issued and records completed in a timely and effective way to enhance reporting Effective organisation and co-ordination of training activities Develop reporting of training spend, attendance and evaluation of activities Schedule all health, safety, quality and technical training and ensure plans and reports are kept up to date and uploaded onto relevant SharePoint sites for review and audit availability. Maintain an online, user-friendly training database for all training administration Process invoices and re-charges to ensure financial information is up to date Who you are: You will have previously worked in a Compliance or Training Coordinator role, with experience using an LMS (Learning Management System) alongside excellent administration skills. Key Requirements: Experience of organising training events, monitoring arrangements, dealing with queries and issues and maintaining records Experience maintaining accurate competency lists and skills mapping Proven skills in effectively meeting deadlines in an organised way A proven strong communicator with a keen eye for detail Experience maintaining accurate competency lists and skills mapping Knowledge around technical training plan design and delivery is preferred LMS experience is essential What we offer: A career at Telent can span many sectors, roles, technologies and clients giving you the opportunity to develop, learn new skills and make an impact.
