Hardware Trade Counter Assistant This is an exciting opportunity to join a family-owned builders’ merchant as they open a new Tottenham based store in March 2025. As a Hardware Trade Counter Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing expert advice, processing transactions, and ensuring the smooth operation of the trade counter. Requirements : * Working 48.5 hours per week, shifts between 6am-5pm Monday-Friday, and alternate weekends * Excellent customer service * Knowledge of hardware and building materials is desired * Good interpersonal skills, confident and able to approach customers. * Ability to work effectively as part of a busy team. * The ability to prioritise responsibilities under pressure and be self-motivated.
