The successful candidate will be part of a team of Therapists responsible for professional therapeutic practice and ensuring excellence in service user experience and outcomes, whilst contributing to areas of therapeutic quality and practice across the workforce. You will also be expected that the post holder may undertake some direct therapeutic work. The role will include managing the administrative support to therapists and line managing the counselling coordinators, as well as peer support to other counselling supervisory/operational/development leads. The successful candidate willhave a key role in developing and shaping the future of Hestia's therapeutic services, maintaining a local, national and international knowledge of recovery practice. A day in this role looks like…. As a Therapeutic Interventions Lead at Hestia, you will play a crucial role in our TherapeuticTeam. Your contributions will directly influence the lives of our service users, guiding them towards a path of empowerment and independence. A day will never look the same and some of the things you can expect to do/be responsible for are: To provide leadership and ensure the effective deliveryof psycho-social services sitting within the wider Therapeutic Services Team. To provide support to the Inquiry leads ensuring complex cases are managed effectively, and services are delivered in- line with Hestia's and commissioners'/funders targets. To act as a point of contact for the paid freelance counsellors supporting Hestia's emotional wellbeing work e.g. Inquiries quality assuring safe and effective contracted delivery.  This can include recruitment, scheduling, financial management and acting as a SPOC. To have responsibility for evidencing the impact of therapeutic interventionsvia management reports demonstrating service performance, cost/benefit analysis and outcomes. Work in partnership to create a robust assessment tool for social and emotional need. To support service and business development activities, working alongside the Operational and Development Leads to drive continuous improvement based on inter/national good practice. Effective working relationships with service users and other professionals is a crucial element of the role. Work with senior management to develop and embed new ways of working with a focus on excellent therapeutic governance and quality service delivery. Maintain case records, monitor and evaluate your work in line with Hestia's processes and protocols. Undertake reviews with senior management and other professionals as appropriate. Ensure effective liaison with other professionals. To prepare reports for and attend reviews in educational, health or social care settings. Work to Hestia's policies and procedures, specifically Health and Safety, Equality and Diversity, Safeguarding, Confidentiality and Data Protection. Ensure safeguarding procedures are carried out in line with relevant legislation, Local Authorityand NHS requirements. Why Hestia? To excel in this role, you should possess: Accredited qualified therapist with upto date insurance. Experience of working in partnership with other organisations, including Government Departments. Experience of managing therapists. Knowledge of multiple modalities of intervention. A leader with senior experience in managing diverse teams and services, to ensure the deliveryof Hestia's Inquiry work alongside recruited therapists. Proven experience of different therapies and culturally informed emotional wellbeing services.  Experience of working and providing expert supervision and consultation.  You will be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of a number of different therapeutic modalities.
