Job Description
Our client is extremely busy and requires a highly resilient, professional, and hands-on Executive Assistant to support their global C suite.
The successful candidate will demonstrate extensive experience supporting an international board with complex diary and travel management, event coordination and document production, as well as the ability to manage global commercial projects with ease and gravitas.
Please note, this is a full-time temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start quickly, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.
The core hours are 9am-5.30pm (37.5 hours per week) and there will also be some out of hours support required.
Temporary EA ResponsibilitiesAs the Temporary EA some of your main duties will include:
Extensive diary and travel management
Preempting needs of the Director proactively
Meeting and greeting senior stakeholders
Preparing agendas and meeting proposals
Minuting complex meetings
Acting as a point of contact for internal and external queries
Event management
Informing strategy with tailored reports and proposals

Temporary EA Experience
As the Temporary EA, you will be able to demonstrate extensive experience supporting at C Suite level.
Recent and dedicated exposure within a fast paced, commercial and corporate setting.
Advanced presentation skills and mastery of Powerpoint for expert deck production.
A flexible and proactive attitude is key, and an ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.
Proven experience managing multiple calendars, operating in several timezones.
Proficient when working in various currencies; highly numerate and confident summarising financial data.
Able to write complex minutes and project reports based on research.
Location
This role is based in OX4 with parking on site. It is fully office based.
