What You’ll Do: * Deliver engaging and hands-on technical training to service technicians, using a blend of classroom-based and practical teaching methods. * Create a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages questions and interaction. * Collaborate with project teams, dealer networks, and course delegates to ensure training meets high standards and client requirements. * Maintain and develop course content, ensuring materials are up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends. * Support the maintenance and smooth operation of the training facility, including managing workshop equipment and vehicle training fleets. * Monitor delegate feedback and continually improve course delivery, ensuring exceptional training experiences. * Stay ahead in your field by attending manufacturer training courses, both in the UK and abroad. * Support the internal quality assurance process to maintain excellence in training standards. What We’reLooking For: * Proven experience in delivering technical training within the automotive industry. * Strong technical knowledge of workshop diagnostics, repair procedures, and automotive systems. * Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels. * High computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office applications. * A passion for learning and staying updated on the latest automotive advancements.
