Do you have experience working as a Secondary Teaching Assistant / Learning Mentor with young people who cannot attend mainstream school and have a background of behavioural challenges? Are you keen to make a difference to the lives of children and young people whilst building your experience and furthering your career in SEND/SEMH? The children you will support will have various needs, including significant complex behaviour challenges and sometimes associated SEND. Experience of working with young people with SEND and/or Autism, ADHD, sensory processing difficulties and learning difficulties or experience with SEMH, Trauma, Sensory processing, social communication.
