Role Overview: As a Systems Engineer, you'll be at the heart of our product development, guiding projects from inception through to production. You'll craft test objectives, develop robust test strategies, and design automated test plans seamlessly integrated with our CI/CD pipeline. What You'll Do: Lead Software Transition: Guide our cutting-edge software from development through to production, ensuring a flawless entry into service and tackling any field issues with OEMs/customers. Technical Support: Be the go-to expert, providing top-notch technical support, troubleshooting customer issues, diagnosing problems, and delivering innovative solutions. Training&Workshops: Lead and participate in internal and customer-facing training sessions and workshops, sharing your expertise and knowledge. Project Leadership: Take charge of small to medium-sized projects as the Technical Lead, steering them to success. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered. Your Skills and Abilities: Programming Proficiency: Expertise in Python or other programming languages. Office Mastery: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio. Automated Solutions: Proven experience in designing automated solutions using Python. Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of Design Partitioning, Digital Communication, and Software Structures. Agile Acumen: Familiarity with Agile frameworks.
