Job Description

About this Position: We are seeking an experienced Systems Architect to join our team, working within an Integrated Project Team (IPT) to develop next-generation Electronic Warfare and Radar systems. The successful candidate will play a key role in systems architecture, requirements development, and model-based systems engineering (MBSE), ensuring alignment with capability roadmaps and best practices. Job Responsibilities: * Lead a multi-disciplinary team to develop system requirements, models, and architectures. * Define and implement a clear architectural vision supporting short-, medium-, and long-term product development. * Develop and apply Systems Engineering and MBSE methodologies to ensure efficiency across projects. * Conduct trade space analysis and produce candidate solution architectures. * Engage with customers and stakeholders to define system needs and constraints. * Define and apportion requirements at all system levels. * Support design reviews as a contributor and stakeholder. * Provide technical leadership and mentorship within the Systems Engineering team. * Work closely with Project Managers to estimate costs and assess alternative solutions. Experience Required: * Strong background in Systems Architecture and MBSE. * Experience in requirements management, definition, and apportionment (DOORS proficiency essential). * Familiarity with Atlassian tools, Cameo Systems Modeller, or MATLAB. * Knowledge of Electronic Warfare, RF systems, and Radar system design. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise across engineering disciplines. * Experience in system specification, verification, and lifecycle processes. * Security clearance eligibility is
