Key Responsibilities: * Execute Systems Engineering activities across all phases of the project lifecycle. * Implement and maintain Systems Engineering processes. * Support or lead technical stakeholder reviews. * Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery. * Uphold company standards of conduct in all deliverables. Skills and Experience Required: * Solid understanding and experience with Systems Engineering models, methodologies, and lifecycle planning. * Proficiency in requirements development, design, integration, and acceptance processes. * Strong educational foundation: Degree/HND/HNC or equivalent experience in Systems, Software, or Hardware Engineering. * Practical knowledge of Systems Engineering frameworks (aligned with ISO 15288/INCOSE). * Exceptional teamwork, communication, and technical writing skills. * Analytical mindset with strong systems thinking and problem-solving abilities. * Proactive, customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering results.Desirable Skills (or Willingness to Learn): * Familiarity with requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS, Enterprise Architect). * Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools (e.g., SysML, UML, TOGAF). * Agile project experience, particularly using Scrum frameworks. * Understanding of marine electronic equipment and the marine environment. * Awareness of military environmental standards (e.g., DEF STAN 00-35, 59-411). * Knowledge of safety-critical systems (SIL 2/3). * INCOSE Associate or Chartered Systems Engineering Professional
