You will be responsible for supervising and supporting care staff, conducting assessments, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: ? Conduct customer assessments and care plan reviews ? Support, mentor, and supervise care staff ? Carry out spot checks and quality monitoring ? Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies ? Liaise with customer, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional care delivery What We’re Looking For: ? Previous experience in a similar role or senior care position ? A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle for work (essential) ?
