Package Description: We’re hiring for Support Workers in St Columb Major Are you looking for a rewarding role to empower you and the people you support.  We are recruiting to two of our supported living settings.  You will support a lady living in her own bungalow or support to three ladies who share their home together. Each have their own interests, preferences, abilities and needs. There is lots of variety. As a support worker you play a vital role, empowering people to live active and meaningful lives. Your support will include developing daily living skills, accessing a wider community, personal care and medication needs.   Working in our friendly teams, you’ll be supported in your role from day one. All support workers work flexible shifts to provide a 24/7 service to the people we support.  Manual, UK driving licence required. Benefits: Sleep-ins paid at £60 extra (basic salary £12.27 to £12.54 p/h) Full training to gain the nationally recognised Care Certificate.   On-going training and career development including professional qualifications   Contributory Pension   We cover the cost of DBS checks   Rota's are planned in advance  Access to Wagestream where you can track your basic salary and additional hours earnings throughout the month and stream (access) a portion of those earnings before your monthly pay date.
