What We’re Looking For: - Experience: Ideally, 6 months of care experience, but we also welcome those eager to learn and start a career in care. - Driving License&Vehicle: A valid driving license and access to a vehicle are essential (a pool car is available temporarily). - Right to Work: Must provide valid right-to-work documents (e.g., passport, visa). - Local Candidates Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the service areas. - Availability: Minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility for various shifts. - PVG Check: Must be willing to undergo a PVG check, with no barriers to working with vulnerable people. Desirable Skills&Qualities: - Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ in Health and Social Care) are a plus. - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. - A caring, empathetic, and compassionate approach. - Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
