In this role you will be the first point of contact in providing support and information, to a varied audience using multi-channel communication methods. Key Responsibilities for a Student Advisor: * Managing high volume inbound calls * Take responsibility for resolving enquiries within SLA’s * Make outbound telephone calls to contact individuals in relation to outstanding matters or documentation * Manage busy inbox, responding to enquires quickly and efficiently Essential Skills for a Student Advisor: * Exceptional customer service skills * Demonstrable experience of dealing with a high volume of inbound calls * Ability to quickly build rapport with customers * Strong time management skills and the experience of working to deadlines.
