We are currently seeking Paramedics and Nurses with assessment streaming and triage experience to join our team and support A&E departments in Sandwell , Dudley , and Walsall within the Midlands . Key Details to Consider: Locations : Sandwell, Dudley, and Walsall (Midlands) Role Requirements : Paramedics or Nurses with experience in assessment streaming and triage within A&E departments . NMC pin required. Key Responsibilities: Act as part of the Urgent Care team , supporting and enhancing the Emergency Department Service Delivery . Liaise with colleagues and provide effective multidisciplinary team working within the organisation. Provide care and advice to service users using clinical assessment skills and evidence-based practice to deliver timely and effective treatment. Act within agreed protocols, guided by organisational policies and within the scope of professional practice. Work under indirect supervision , accessing team knowledge and skills as needed. Offer flexibility and commitment to the team and work across a diverse range of shift patterns to support service delivery. Ensure safeguarding and infection control protocols are adhered to.
