What will I need , Ideally shared service model within EMEA region HR Shared Services organisation's or in an HR environment capacity, providing direct support to front-line employees and people leaders would be an advantage HR or Commercial vocational training required, Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources, Organisational Behaviour, or related field would be an advantage . Fluent in English and Spanish Organised and detailed orientated Ability to maintain high degree of confidentiality Ability to follow processes / with mindset for continuous improvement Exceptional customer service skill Ability to work in high growth environment requiring agility to meet changes in business
