Job Title: Senior Service Advisor Location: Southampton Salary:£32,000 (OTE £45,000+) Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-6pm (1 in Saturday mornings) We are recruiting for an experience Service Advisor in the Southampton area. Our client is a privately owned, multi-award-winning dealer group who have been operating In the Southampton area for more than 30 years.We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual, with a friendly personality to join this busy aftersales team. You will ideally have 2 years of previous motor trade experience within the Aftersales department. Responsibilities of Service Advisor: * Being the point of contact for customers requiring servicing or repair to their vehicles. * Manage the flow of information between the workshop, the rest of the business and the customer. * To handlecustomer enquiries and queries promptly and efficiently. Qualify service needs and establish understanding and an agreement with the customer of the work to be carried out. * Accurately maintain the service department loading system in line with workshop capacity. * Manage the handover and administration of loan vehicles.
