Qualifications and Skills Experience: 7 years in data roles, with expertise in Microsoft (Azure) technologies. Leadership: Experience leading technical teams in data-intensive systems. Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL, distributed data stores, and data processing frameworks. Certifications: Azure/Databricks certifications are desirable.
