In a Nutshell… We have an exciting opportunity for a Production Shift Supervisor to join our team within Vistry Works at our flagship factory in Coalville, Leicestershire. As a Production Shift Supervisor, you will supervise a production team within a timber frame manufacturing facility, producing wall panels, floors and roof components. You will work across the different areas of production including an automated cutting department, automated and manual production lines, product wrapping and dispatch, maintaining the highest level of safety, environmental and product quality standards. Initially we will operate 1 shift from 7am to 3pm and may move towards 2 shifts from 2025 rotating between 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm.
